Orange Capy provides an earned wage access and cash advance platform that allows eligible members to receive up to $250 before their scheduled payday. The Orange Capy service is not a loan — it is a short-term cash advance based on your expected future income. Our platform is designed to help everyday workers, gig earners, and hourly employees bridge the gap between paychecks without relying on high-interest personal loans or credit card debt.
Orange Capy charges a flat monthly membership fee of $3.00. There is no interest, no late fees, and no hidden charges associated with any Orange Capy cash advance.
To use the Orange Capy platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
Orange Capy does not perform a hard credit check. However, we may use banking data and income verification to assess eligibility and determine advance limits.
When you create an Orange Capy account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Orange Capy immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Orange Capy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or provide false or misleading information.
New Orange Capy members typically start with a lower advance limit. As you build a positive repayment history, your available advance amount may increase up to the maximum of $250. The specific amount offered is determined by Orange Capy's underwriting system based on your income patterns, account history, and other factors.
Once an Orange Capy cash advance is approved, funds are typically delivered to your connected bank account within one to two business days through standard ACH transfer. Expedited delivery options may be available for an additional fee, subject to your bank's processing capabilities.
Repayment of your Orange Capy cash advance is scheduled automatically on your next payday (or other agreed-upon repayment date). By accepting a cash advance, you authorize Orange Capy to initiate an electronic debit from your connected bank account on the scheduled repayment date.
Orange Capy does not charge late fees. However, repeated failure to repay advances may result in reduced advance limits, account suspension, or account termination.
Orange Capy cash advances carry zero interest. The only fee associated with the service is the $3.00 monthly membership fee, which is disclosed at the time of registration and charged monthly to your connected payment method.
Access to Orange Capy requires an active membership at $3.00 per month. This fee is automatically charged on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your Orange Capy membership at any time by contacting support or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
All outstanding cash advance balances must be repaid in full before or upon membership cancellation.

Orange Capy provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While Orange Capy strives to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orange Capy (including Ryzend LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Orange Capy platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of Orange Capy shall not exceed the total membership fees you have paid to Orange Capy in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orange Capy, Ryzend LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Orange Capy platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or Orange Capy's services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Orange Capy. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting Orange Capy at [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Delaware.
Orange Capy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where required, through email notification. Your continued use of Orange Capy after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Orange Capy may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use Orange Capy immediately ceases. Any outstanding cash advance balances remain due and payable according to the original repayment schedule. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall survive.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
These Terms, together with the Orange Capy Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orange Capy regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
